Please be advised that Confederation Line will be closed on July 18th & 19th between First Street and Broadway Street (County Road 21). This closure will not impact Broadway Street. Please use alternate routes during this closure.

Mother Nature is at it again. The stormwater systems are overwhelmed and unfortunately it will take time for all the water to clear out. Several road in the municipality are flooded with water; please drive with caution and at low speeds where any sitting water is present. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Wyoming, ON – At its Regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 10th, the Council of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming:

A public consultation session regarding a proposed outdoor ice rink in Camlachie is being held on Tuesday, July 23rd from 6-8pm at the Camlachie Community Centre. Residents are encouraged to attend to learn more, ask questions, and voice their opinion on the proposal.

Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming will hold a Public Meeting on Monday, July 29th, 2024, at 6:00p.m. at the Town Council Chambers to consider proposed Official Plan Amendment 57 under Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

Wyoming, ON – At its Planning Council Meeting on Monday, June 24th, the Council of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming:

Egremont Road between Lakeshore Road and Fleming Road will be closed beginning July 2nd for approximately one week. Please use alternate routes during this closure.

At the June 26th Council meeting Council had the opportunity to present the 2024 Plympton-Wyoming senior of the year award to resident Sue Wright. Sue had many members of her family present to support her in receiving this award. Thank you Sue for everything you’ve done to make Plympton-Wyoming such a great community!

Plympton-Wyoming Purchases Property in Reece’s Corners

Wyoming, ON – The Town of Plympton-Wyoming has purchased an approximately eighteen-acre (18-acre) property in Reece’s Corners, known municipally as 4475 London Line. The property currently contains a commercial plaza with the balance of the land being open space/bush land.
