The Municipality is committed to maintaining safe and reliable municipal services. Residents can submit non-emergency concerns online through our service request system.

Whether you're reporting a pothole, damaged signage, drainage issue, streetlight outage, park maintenance concern, or another municipal matter, your request will be directed to the appropriate department for review and follow-up.

Submit a Service Request

Use our online reporting system to:

  • Report issues on municipal roads and sidewalks
  • Notify staff of park or facility maintenance concerns
  • Report damaged signs or streetlights
  • Identify drainage or stormwater issues
  • Submit other municipal service requests

Please provide as much detail as possible, including the location of the issue and photos when available.

How to Request for Service?

Follow the quick steps below to submit a service request.

Signup if you are a new user. (Recommended for all residents)

Login if you have already created an account before.

Continue as a Guest if you want to skip the the signup/login process and submit your request.

Click on Service Requests.

Fill out your Contact Details.

 

Please note that the Town of Plympton-Wyoming will use this information to reach out to you or provide service request status updates.

Type the location of the area within which you would like to request service. Once your address shows up on the dropdown, select it.

Select the Type of Service you would like to request.

Attach images relevant to the service request.

 

Please ensure that the attached image is clear for us to accurately track the issue.

Review the entire service request and make changes (if any) before submitting.
