Plympton-Wyoming Health and Wellness Centre

The Plympton-Wyoming Health and Wellness Centre is located at 596 Broadway Street, Wyoming (the former TD CanadaTrust Bank). Patient sign-up forms can be picked-up from the Plympton-Wyoming municipal office or completed online at https://centrallambtonfamilyhealthteam.com/become-a-patient/

The Town of Plympton-Wyoming would like to thank everyone that has made a donation towards the new Plympton-Wyoming Health and Wellness Centre.  All monies received will be used to assist with costs of the remodeling, programming and operation of the centre at the former TD CanadaTrust.  All parties involved are very pleased and excited about the timely addition of a medical facility and wellness center in the downtown core of Wyoming.
