Notice of Passing of a Zoning By-law Amendment Related to Additional Residential Units. 

Take Notice that on October 27th, 2025, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Plympton- Wyoming passed By-law 98 of 2025. A zoning By-law Amendment to the Town of Plympton-Wyoming Comprehensive Zoning By-law, pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.

The purpose and effect: This is a Town-initiated housekeeping amendment that affects all lands in the Town of Plympton-Wyoming as generally itemized below:

1. Amend and add to table of contents.
2. Amend, add and remove definitions.
3. Amend and add general provisions for Additional Residential Units.
4. Amend and add Additional Residential Units as Permitted Uses in specific Zones, accordingly.
