New Guide for Property Owners by OMAFA

The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agribusiness (OMAFA) has released a new resource titled "A Guide for Property Owners Involved with the Drainage Act in Ontario."

The guide is designed to help property owners better understand the Drainage Act, including how municipal drains are established, maintained, and improved, as well as the roles and responsibilities of landowners, municipalities, and drainage stakeholders.

This resource may be of particular interest to property owners, agricultural producers, and anyone involved with municipal drainage projects.
