Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review: Open House and Public Meeting

The Town of Plympton-Wyoming is undertaking a Comprehensive Zoning By-law Review to update the Town's current Zoning By-law and bring it into conformity with the Town's Official Plan.

Residents, property owners, businesses, and other interested parties are invited to learn more about the proposed updates and provide feedback through the upcoming Open House and Public Meeting.

About the Review

A zoning by-law establishes regulations for land use and development within a municipality, including permitted uses, setbacks, building height, lot requirements, parking standards, and other development regulations. This review will update the Town's existing Comprehensive Zoning By-law to reflect current planning policies and best practices.
