Our new CityWide Service Request Portal is now live, giving residents a simple and convenient way to report concerns, request services, and track the status of their submissions online.

Whether it's a road issue, drainage concern, parks maintenance request, or another municipal service matter, the portal helps connect residents with Town staff more efficiently and keeps you informed every step of the way
