A New Environmental Series for Plympton-Wyoming

The Town of Plympton-Wyoming is pleased to announce a new Environmental Stewardship Series aimed at increasing community awareness of sustainability, energy conservation, environmental stewardship, and the natural assets that contribute to our quality of life.

Supported through the Enbridge Gas Municipal Staffing Offer, the series will provide residents and businesses with accessible information, practical resources, and educational content focused on topics that affect our community and environment.

Over the coming months, residents can expect content exploring:

  • Energy conservation and efficiency
  • Environmental stewardship
  • Lake Huron and water protection
  • Parks, trails, and natural spaces
  • Trees, biodiversity, and local ecosystems
  • Practical actions that support a more sustainable future

The series is intended to help residents better understand the environment around them while encouraging informed decisions that contribute to the long-term health and sustainability of our community.

Plympton-Wyoming is fortunate to be home to remarkable natural assets, including the Lake Huron shoreline, parks, trails, forests, and open spaces. By fostering awareness and encouraging community participation, the Town hopes to inspire a greater appreciation for the natural wealth that makes Plympton-Wyoming such a desirable place to live, work, and explore.

Residents are encouraged to follow the Town's website and social media channels as new content and resources are released throughout the year.
