                                                                   Council Highlights 

Wyoming, ON – At its Regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, September 9th, 2026, the Council of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming: 
 

• Received a report regarding 2026 Fall Newsletter and approved the distribution of the newsletter with the Final Tax Billing. 
• Received a report regarding the 2027 Council Meeting Calendar, approved the proposed dates, and directed staff to publish the dates on the Town's website. 
• Received a report regarding the 2025 Financial Statements and directed the 2025 Financial Statements to be posted on the website and forwarded to the applicable ministries to fulfill reporting requirements. 
• Received a report regarding second quarter 2026 budget update. 
• Deferred a report regarding the Not-for-Profit Tax Relief Requests. 
• Held a Consideration Meeting for the Plympton Meadows Drain and passed First and Second Reading of By-Law 89 of 2026. 
• Held a Consideration Meeting for the McFarlane Drain (2026) and referred the report to the Engineer for revisions.
