CCTV Inspections & Sewer Flushing

Please note that GFL Environmental Inc. from Port Perry, Ontario will be undertaking flushing, closed-circuit television (CCTV) and rehabilitation repairs in the sanitary network on behalf of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming.

Plympton Township Hall Public Tender

Now is your opportunity to own a piece of Plympton-Wyoming history! The former Plympton Township Hall will be available for purchase through public tender. The timeline to submit a tender will begin July 29th and close on August 19th, all bids are to be sealed in an envelope and delivered to the municipal officer prior to the tender closing.

Confederation Line Closure - First Street to Broadway Street

Please be advised that Confederation Line will be closed on July 18th & 19th between First Street and Broadway Street (County Road 21). This closure will not impact Broadway Street. Please use alternate routes during this closure.

Flooding Across the Municipality

Mother Nature is at it again. The stormwater systems are overwhelmed and unfortunately it will take time for all the water to clear out. Several road in the municipality are flooded with water; please drive with caution and at low speeds where any sitting water is present. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Proposed Recreation Facility in Camlachie - Public Consultation

A public consultation session regarding a proposed outdoor ice rink in Camlachie is being held on Tuesday, July 23rd from 6-8pm at the Camlachie Community Centre. Residents are encouraged to attend to learn more, ask questions, and voice their opinion on the proposal.
