Request a Certificate or Congratulations

The Mayor will issue a congratulatory certificate to residents of Plympton-Wyoming who are celebrating:

• A 70th birthday or over
• A 25th wedding anniversary or greater
• A business anniversary
• Achievement of a sports team or organization

Request for certificates should be sent to the Clerk's Office at least two weeks prior to the date required. 

Please provide the following information:

• Name of the requester and contact information
• Full name(s) and address of the recipient(s)
• Address where the certificate is to be mailed or if you would like to pick it up in person
• Occasion being celebrated and the date of the birthday or anniversary
• Date when the certificate is required
