WATER MAIN BREAK - CONFEDERATION LINE

3:30 p.m. June 19th - repairs have been completed to the broken water main. Crews are currently flushing the lines and full restoration is anticipated shorty. Once again we thank all for their patience and understanding during this unplanned incident.

 

1:20 p.m. June 19th - crews have exposed and assessed the broken water main and repairs will be commencing shortly. The hope is to have the water main fixed and service restored later this afternoon.

 

11:00 a.m. June 19th - crews are on-site and have begun isolating the break, they have yet to determine the severity of the break and what repairs will entail. At this time there is no estimated time for returned services. We apologize for any inconveniences.

 

9:55 a.m. June 19th - here we go again... please be advised there was an unplanned water main break along Confederation Line near Broadway Street. As a result, residents along Confederation Line between Broadway Street to Minielly Road will have little to no water pressure. Residents in the Wyoming urban area will have reduced or fluctuating pressure. Crews are on-site working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Caution should be used following this work as temporary discolouration may occur. Please run the cold water for a short time prior to use. Your co-operation during this event is greatly appreciated.
