Tundra Swans Have Returned

Birdwatchers grab your gear! Tundra Swans have began returning to the fields of Lambton Shores. Learn more at www.returnoftheswans.com.
Lambton Heritage Museum's Migration Calendar is updated regularly with swan count estimates and tips to find the best viewing spots.
Each spring Tundra Swans arrive in large numbers from their wintering grounds in the eastern United States. They rest up and feed in the flooded fields before continuing their journey to the Canadian Arctic and Alaska.
Sometimes the swans are only in the area for a few days. Don’t miss out! Dust off your binoculars and experience this wonderful encounter with nature.
