The municipalities of Lambton County are co‑hosting a Candidate Information Seminar on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, featuring guest speaker Nigel Bellchamber — one of Ontario’s leading experts in municipal governance.

If you’ve ever thought about representing your community but aren’t quite sure what being a councillor involves, this seminar is designed with you in mind. Nigel will break down the responsibilities, expectations, and day‑to‑day realities of local office to help potential candidates prepare for the 2026 municipal elections.

Two session options:

Afternoon: 2:00 p.m.

Evening: 6:00 p.m.

Each session runs approximately two hours.
