REDI Program Supports Workforce Stability and Employer Retention in Sarnia-Lambton
Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership (SLEP) is highlighting the impact of the Regional Economic Development through Immigration (REDI) pilot program, which ran from January to December 2025 and supported local employers facing identified and proven labour shortages.
The program supported roles that have been difficult to recruit for, particularly in health care support, early childhood education, and home support services. Many nominations helped retain employees already working in the region, supporting essential services and workforce stability across #SarniaLambton.
