Plympton-Wyoming Hires New Fire Chief 

Plympton-Wyoming, ON – The Town of Plympton-Wyoming has successfully recruited a new Director of Emergency Services / Fire Chief. The Town is pleased to announce that Will Davidson will be our new Fire Chief. Chief Davidson has been Acting as Fire Chief since August 2024 and is being welcomed as the Town’s permanent Fire Chief on Wednesday, January 1^st, 2025. 

Chief Davidson brings a variety of experience having been in fire services for 27 years, 22 of those as a firefighter with the Town. Chief Davidson’s education and experience in combination with his ties to the community has been and will continue to be an integral asset to the Fire Department and the Town of Plympton-Wyoming as a whole. 

“I’m very proud to serve the members of the community as Director of Emergency Services / Fire Chief” stated Mr. Davidson.  “My family has deep roots here and it is certainly nice to be doing what I love in my own community.  I look forward to continuing to work with our dedicated firefighters who are committed to providing the best level of service possible.  Thank you to my family and all of those who have supported me and who have been integral in keeping the Plympton-Wyoming Fire Department moving forward.”
