Plympton-Wyoming Purchases Property in Reece's Corners

Plympton-Wyoming Purchases Property in Reece’s Corners

Wyoming, ON – The Town of Plympton-Wyoming has purchased an approximately eighteen-acre (18-acre) property in Reece’s Corners, known municipally as 4475 London Line. The property currently contains a commercial plaza with the balance of the land being open space/bush land.

The Town purchased the property to create future economic and development opportunities, and further grow the local economy by providing increased access to goods, services, and job opportunities. The Town also plans to utilize the property to develop and expand community services to the benefit of all residents in the future. The property is situated near provincial highway 402 making it an ideal location to attract investors.

“This is an excellent opportunity for the Town to attract commercial development, there are four (4) vacant commercial units the Town would like to explore filling” says Mayor Gary Atkinson. “The site is also a perfect location, offering access from both London Line and Oil Heritage Road, while also being a central location within the Town.”

The Town looks forward to building an ongoing and beneficial relationship with existing tenants and would like to thank Good Life Investment Limited for their years of investment in the community and working with the Town to accommodate the purchase.

For lease inquires on the vacant units, please contact the Town for more information.
