Concerning Proposed
Zoning By-law Amendment 38 of 2024 

POSTPONED

Take Note that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Plympton-Wyoming will not be considering the above noted Zoning By-law Amendment on September 29^th, 2025, as previously stated.

Due to the significant number of comments received at the public meeting, along with our further requests for additional technical information, the applicant requires more time to complete the studies requested by the Town. These studies are necessary to ensure Council has all relevant information to make an informed decision.  These studies include but are not limited to noise, hydrogeological and odour, which may result in subsequent peer reviews and responses.

We recognize and value the continued engagement of the community. Your input remains a priority for Council, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this postponement.

A new date for the public meeting will be announced once the additional information has been received and reviewed.  Additional correspondence will be circulated at the earliest opportunity, which includes the additional technical studies.

All interested parties will be notified, updates will be mailed to those who have requested them, and the revised date will be posted on the Town of Plympton-Wyoming website, this will also include access to additional materials.
