Hold on Burn Permits - June 16-22, 2024

Please be advised that due to the extreme temperatures forecasted this week the Town of Plympton-Wyoming will be putting a hold on issuing burn permits until June 22nd when the weather cools down. This is not a burn ban and does not restrict residential campfires.

When our volunteer firefighters put on their bunker gear it's the equivalent of putting on a full snowsuit; holding off on burn permits ensures our volunteers are rested and able to respond to emergencies if they arise.
