Online Facility Bookings
The Town has several different facilities available for the public to rent/book through our online software:
- Park Gazebos
- Camlachie Community Centre
- Volleyball Courts (during "prime time")
- Swimming lessons
- Boat ramp pass (daily / seasonal)
Details regarding each booking type, instructions on how to use our online software, and answers to frequently asked questions can be found below.
Boat Ramp Passes (Seasonal or Daily) | ||||||||||
Daily/Seasonal passes will be enforced to utilize the Highland Glen boat ramp. They are available for purchase at the municipal office (via cash, cheque, or debit) or through our online booking platform (via credit card). We will be offering daily launch passes ($15.00 per day) or seasonal launch passes ($200.00 for the year - unlimited launches). Hang-tags can be picked up at the Municipal Office and placed in the vehicle's front window for easy identification or a printout of the online booking receipt will be acceptable. Advance booking of 'Day' passes fall under the "Rent a Facility" button (see how-to-guide below). |

Bookings can be done through our online software by clicking here or using the following link: https://townofplymptonwyoming.perfectmind.com You will need to created an account first, then login. After you create an account a password will be emailed to you. You may change your password through your profile information after your account is created. Once you have created an account, you will be redirected into the booking portal. Along the top, select 'Rent a Facility'. From here you can select which of our facilities you would like to rent. Further instructions on each rental type will be broken down below.

Who is responsible for set-up of an event? |
Camlachie Community CentreAs per the rental contract, rentals of the CCC include the use of tables and chairs. It is the Lessee's responsibility to set up any tables and chairs that are needed for the booking. Any decorating is the responsibility of the Lessee, but no decorations are to be pinned or taped to the walls or ceiling of Napper Hall. As well, no confetti or open candles of any kind are permitted. Confetti includes metal table sprinkles. Park FacilitiesEach gazebo houses picnic tables available for use with the rental. Renters are allowed to post or display any materials in the gazebo, so long as it is appropriate and not offensive. |
Who is responsible for clean-up following a rental? |
Camlachie Community CentreAs per the rental contract, the Lessee is responsible for doing the following clean-up:
All clean up must be done BEFORE 10am the following day. Park FacilitiesPlease do your part to help keep our parks and facilities clean and garbage free for everyone to enjoy. We ask that following a rental all garbage, waste, and recycling be placed in the appropriate areas, otherwise a cleaning fee may be charged. |
I've rented the Camlachie Community Centre, how do I get a key? |
Keys are available for pick-up and drop-off at the Town of Plympton-Wyoming Municipal Office during regular business hours. Our office is located at 546 Niagara Street Wyoming, ON N0N 1T0 and we are open 8:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Keys can be picked-up the business day before your booking and they must be returned the next business day following your booking (i.e. if the CCC is booked for a Saturday gathering the key can be picked up on Friday and must be dropped off on Monday at the latest).
The key does not need to be dropped off during business hours, they can be left in the secure after-hours drop-box located by the front door of the Municipal Office. |
What is the Town's policy on cancellations? |
When renting the Camlachie Community Centre there is a 50% cancellation fee for bookings canceled 60 days prior to the scheduled event. |
Is there an age limit on bookings? |
All bookings must be completed by someone who is of the age of majority (18 or older). Youth groups putting on functions at the hall when alcoholic beverages are being served must have "AGE OF MAJORITY CARD FOR ADMITTANCE" printed on their tickets. This group will be limited to 300 people. Hall management will enforce this rule at the door. |
How do I pay for an online booking? |
Sign into your account and click the “My Info” button along the top bar. Next, select "Invoices". This will take you to a new screen where it will list balance due. There is a button called “Make Payment” that should then asks you to enter payment information. |
