Chief Administrative Officer
Kyle Pratt, Hons. B.A., MPA.,Chief Administrative Officer, is employed by the Town of Plympton-Wyoming to perform the duties as designated and required as a municipal Chief Administrative Officer with administrative support provided through the Clerk, Finance Department, IT and Staff Services.
The Chief Administrative Officer Reports to the Mayor and Council for:
- Advising the Mayor & Council on town business matters
- Administration and management of the business affairs of the municipal corporation
- Development of sound business plans to support service levels & fiscal responsibility
- Efficient and effective administration of municipal departments & staff
- Ensuring focus on quality customer service in the delivery of programs & services
- Policy development & administration of corporate directives as approved by Council
- Liaison with all orders of government, local boards, commissions & agencies
- Fostering a strong, effective municipal administration through continuous improvement to support the timely implementation of Council initiatives
